No Returns or Exchanges

All disposable cups, lids, and straws sold by Vitalizing World Cup LLC are final sale. For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including unopened products.

Please review product sizes, colors, pack quantities, and cup-and-lid compatibility before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is a problem, contact info@vitalizingworldcup.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

After reviewing your claim, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please do not send products back unless we provide instructions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law. Purchases made through TikTok Shop or another marketplace follow that platform’s applicable return and refund requirements.
