Shipping Policy

Paid orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from our Georgia fulfillment location.

Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Shipping charges and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.

If we cannot dispatch your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you of the delay, provide an updated dispatch estimate, and explain your cancellation and refund options.
